Dillon is just getting his start in the business. He played baseball and golf in high school. He has experience broadcasting high school football, baseball, and basketball as a play by play voice in Southwest Virginia. During this time he also hosted a College Football Bowl Pick'em Show and a 4-part NCAA March Madness Bracketology Show. Dillon is currently a student at Ole Miss majoring in Broadcast Journalism. To Dillon, there wasn't a school on his list other than Ole Miss, "It was the perfect fit, big college feel, with a small-town atmosphere." He also commented on the SEC, "There isn't a conference in the nation like the SEC. The tradition, top athletes, and fans are what set it head and shoulders above the rest. I'm very excited about the opportunity of working with a legend like Cassius on the website, he is the true example of an Ole Miss Rebel." Dillon eventually wants to become a play-by-play broadcaster for a major television network or college.
